What to expect in your reading with me与我咨询，会是怎样的过程？

If you have never had a chart reading, it is natural to wonder what actually happens. Will it be all predictions? What if I hear something I don't like? This is how I run a My Life Chart session, from booking to the questions you might have afterwards. Other practitioners work in their own ways; this simply describes mine, so you know what to expect.

如果你从未看过命盘，难免会好奇咨询到底是怎样进行的。会不会全是预测？如果听到不想听的怎么办？以下是我进行「我的命盘」咨询的方式，从预约开始，一路到咨询后可能会有的问题。每位老师都有自己的做法，这里只是说明我的方式，让你心里有数。

Before the session咨询之前

• You fill in a short form with your date and time of birth and the areas you'd like to focus on.
• We agree on a date, and a deposit confirms the booking.
• I prepare and print your BaZi and Zi Wei Dou Shu charts in advance, so our time together goes into the conversation.
• Note down two or three things you most want to understand. They shape where we spend the most time.

• 你填写一份简短表格，提供出生日期、时间，以及想着重了解的方面。
• 我们约定日期，支付订金后预约即确认。
• 我会事先排好并打印你的八字与紫微斗数命盘，让见面的时间都用在对话上。
• 写下两三件你最想弄清楚的事，这会决定我们把时间花在哪里。

Your nature: the foundation你的本性：一切的基础

We begin with who you are. In BaZi this starts from your Day Master and the balance of the five elements; in Zi Wei Dou Shu, from your Life Palace and the stars around it. Together they describe your temperament, natural strengths and blind spots. Many people say this part alone explains patterns they have noticed for years.

我们从“你是谁”开始。八字从日主与五行的平衡入手，紫微斗数则从命宫及其三方四正的星曜看起。两者合参，描绘出你的性情、天生优势与盲点。很多人说，单是这一部分，就解释了他们多年来察觉到的模式。

The areas of your life人生的各个方面

Next we look at career and direction, wealth, relationships and family: how each tends to unfold for you, and how they affect one another. This is where reading the two systems together helps most, as each confirms and fills in what the other shows.

接着我们看事业方向、财富、感情与家庭：每个方面对你来说通常如何展开，以及彼此如何牵动。这正是两套体系合参最有帮助的地方，彼此印证、互相补足。

Timing: where you are now时机：你此刻在哪里

Then we turn to timing: your current 10-year luck cycle, the year ahead, and the cycle that follows. I tend to focus on the next 10 to 20 years, because for me, how later years unfold depends a great deal on the choices you make now.

然后我们看时机：你当前的十年大运、来年流年，以及下一步大运。我习惯着重未来十至二十年，因为在我看来，往后的发展很大程度取决于你现在的选择。

Your questions你的问题

A good part of the session is yours. Whatever you came with, whether it's a career decision, a relationship, a property or a feeling that something is off, we take the time to go into it properly.

咨询中有相当一部分时间是属于你的。无论你带来什么问题，事业抉择、感情、房产，或只是觉得哪里不对劲，我们都会花时间好好深入。

If something is difficult如果遇到较难的部分

Every chart has harder parts, and I'll tell you about them honestly. But a difficult chart is not a bad chart (难盘不是烂盘). It usually means a more demanding path, with its own timing and its own strengths. You'll hear what the challenge is, when it is most likely to show up, and what is in your hands.

每个命盘都有较难的部分，我会坦诚告诉你。但难盘不是烂盘，它往往代表一条要求较高的路，有自己的节奏与优势。你会知道挑战是什么、较可能在何时出现，以及哪些是你能掌握的。

In my sessions there is nothing to buy. The aim is for you to leave clearer, not more worried.

在我的咨询中，没有需要购买的东西。我希望你离开时更清楚，而不是更担心。

What you take home你会带回什么

• A chart summary with your BaZi and Zi Wei Dou Shu charts and your key traits noted.
• Your own notes. Recording isn't permitted, but you're welcome to write as much as you like.
• A clearer sense of direction, and of what to watch for in the years ahead.

• 命盘摘要，附八字与紫微斗数命盘，并标注主要性格特质。
• 你自己的笔记。咨询不允许录音录像，但欢迎你尽量记录。
• 更清晰的方向感，以及未来几年需要留意的地方。

After the session咨询之后

If something from your reading needs a quick clarification, you can message me on WhatsApp. If a later question needs your chart looked at again in depth, such as a new decision or a new year's outlook, an Existing Client Review gives it the time it deserves.
