An accurate birth time is essential — the reading depends on it. Please check your birth certificate or with family first. If an accurate time isn't available, message me before booking so we can discuss whether a reading is possible.

There's nothing to fix. 难盘不是烂盘 — a difficult chart is not a bad chart. It just means a harder road, with its own timing and its own strengths. I don't sell items, and I don't sell miracles. What I do is sit down with you for about three hours and go through your chart properly, so you understand yourself and know how to move with it.

No. A chart shows tendencies and timing — when things are likely to move more easily, and when to be more careful. It doesn't fix events in stone. Your decisions still shape what happens.

Mainly Mandarin with English alongside, as some terms are clearer in Chinese. A full English explanation is available if you prefer.

It depends on the person. Most clients come back only when something major comes up, such as a big decision or a change in their life. Some prefer to return every year for an annual Feng Shui update and a look at the year ahead, so they have a clearer guide. Returning clients can book the Existing Client Review (S$288).

Yes. Health is an important part of a chart, and I can point out the years and areas to take extra care of. This is not medical advice — if you are unwell, always see a doctor or medical professional.

Yes, and couple readings are a big part of what I do. Your partner needs to agree to it and be present for the session.

Yes, for couples and business partners. For couples, both people need to agree and attend. For business partners, your partner doesn't need to attend.

Yes, up to two immediate family members, if you're comfortable with it. Some of what we discuss can be personal, so think about what you're happy for them to hear.

Generally, no. A child's path should be allowed to unfold on its own, and I don't believe in shaping it before they can choose for themselves. For a personal reading, the minimum age is 21. By then, a person can decide for themselves whether they are open to it.

For existing clients, I make exceptions when a parent is looking for support with their child. The focus is on understanding, never on predicting or labelling the child:

• Strained parent–child relationship — understanding different temperaments, communication styles and expectations
• Very different personalities — relating to a child whose nature feels unlike your own
• Emotional or behavioural difficulties — understanding the child's emotional needs, without labelling them
• Persistent academic struggles — learning preferences, motivation and support at home, not predicting intelligence or results
• Educational direction — interests and possible strengths, especially for older teenagers, without prescribing a career
• Social difficulties or bullying — supporting the child's confidence, boundaries and friendships
• Major family changes — a reflective perspective through divorce, bereavement, relocation or a change in caregiving
• Health concerns — reflecting on stress, routines and wellbeing. I never predict illness, and this does not replace medical advice

Yes. It's best that the person knows about it and is happy to go ahead. A reading is personal, and not everyone is ready for it at the same time.

An on-site visit with compass measurement, an assessment of the surroundings and the key sectors of your home, a Period 9 review, a marked-up floor plan with placement recommendations, and a written report. See the Feng Shui page for details.

The visit takes about 1 to 2 hours, depending on how much of the surroundings needs to be assessed. Your written report is ready within 2 weeks.

Before renovation is ideal. Changes are much easier to make on a floor plan than after the work is done. If you're choosing between properties, Property Selection lets you assess them before you commit.

Yes, where possible. A home is read together with the people living in it, so the household's birth details help make the recommendations specific to your family.

I don't work directly with interior designers or contractors. You'll receive the furniture placement and recommendations in your report, which you can share and discuss with your ID.

The fee depends on the property type, size and layout. Larger homes such as executive apartments and landed properties take more time to assess and are quoted accordingly.

The property address and type, a floor plan if you have one, and the household's birth details.

A deposit confirms your booking: S$200 for My Life Chart, or 50% of the fee for Feng Shui, by bank transfer to the company account. The balance is paid on the day.

• You can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 3 days' notice. Your deposit moves to a new date within 3 months.
• With less than 3 days' notice, or if you don't attend, the deposit is forfeited.
• The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be moved once as above.
• If I need to reschedule, you can choose a new date or have your deposit refunded in full.
• If I decline a reading because an accurate birth time isn't available, your deposit is refunded in full.

At a private consultation room in Singapore. The exact location is shared when your booking is confirmed.

No. All consultations are in person in Singapore. A chart reading runs about three hours, and it works best face to face, where we can go through your chart together and talk things through properly. Feng Shui audits are done on site, because the compass readings and surroundings can only be checked in person.

Yes. Your details are used only for your consultation. They are never shared or sold, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

No. I don't sell any items. Sometimes a Feng Shui recommendation may involve an item, such as a plant, a water feature or a change in lighting. If so, I'll explain what it is and why, and you're free to get it from anywhere you like. I'm not affiliated with any seller.

Not at the moment. Each consultation is complete in itself.
